This is exactly what happened to me the other night...

Anxiety attacks, known as panic attacks in mental health circles, ?are episodes of intense panic or fear. Anxiety attacks usually occur suddenly and without warning. Sometimes there’s an obvious trigger— getting stuck in an elevator, for example, or thinking about the big speech you’re giving in a few hours—but in other cases, the attacks come out of the blue.

Anxiety attacks usually peak within ten minutes, and they rarely last more than a half hour. But during that short time, the terror can be so severe that you feel as if you’re about to die or totally lose control. The physical symptoms are themselves so frightening that many people believe they’re having a heart attack. After an anxiety attack is over, you may be worried about having another one, particularly in a public place where help isn’t available or you can’t easily escape.

Anxiety...

Last night I had my first Anxiety attack in years...It was bad..My heart was racing,my head was going crazy. I thought the walls were closing in on me. I don't want to be one of those moms all doped up on happy pills...But, last night was so scary. I thought I was losing my mind. I have a lot on my plate right now..But, I always have a lot on my plate...Why go crazy now?? After my surgery I am going to take it easy and see if I can get my emotions and my mind back to normal....I need to start exercising more. I haven't stopped, I just haven't been focused on it. I think the surgery is getting me a little freaked out also. It isn't major...I just haven't ever had any kind of surgery before and well it freaks me out! I bet that is the cause of the Anxiety....I hate not working right!

Yesterday I got fed up with doing dishes by hand...We made a trip to the Lowes and bought our selves (hubby and me) a brand new fancy Whirlpool dishwasher...Tomorrow my wonderful hubby will put it in...(we couldn't wait for the delivery guy..Way to excited!)
But I thought I would post a picture of my dead dishwasher...

Thank you old dishwasher for cleaning our gross dishes...For getting ride of the stinky milk in my daughters sippy cups...For scrubbing my pans for me. Your life wasn't long enough only two years...but, you did a lot in those two years..Thank you little GE quiet power 2 dishwasher you did your job..

(Stupid GE for making such a crappy dishwasher that only last 2 years!!)

Swimming lessons...

My boys are cute little swimmers in the level one swimming class...They learn to blow bubbles and to float and just have fun..Thing 2 is a little unsure of the hole floating thing but he is trying his best...I went back and forth wondering if I should have the boys do baseball or swimming for the spring...I am so glad I choice swimming they are doing great!!
I just hope my Thing 2 will swim in the pool this year...He has been afraid in years past...Cross your fingers :-)

My dumb dishwasher!

My house is new...Well, two and a half years old. I have nice black matching GE kitchen appliances....The first time in my hole life I have new appliances and they matched. Well, my dumb dishwasher decided it would mess up my pretty kitchen and die. The dumb thing will not drain water....I was hoping that maybe the Sears appliance guy could fix it....He could but it would cost $250 bucks!! A new dish washer is a little over $300 bucks..I am so mad!! I paid the builder extra to get upgraded appliances so they would be nice and not break for a long, long time...Dumb builder, dumb me for paying more for appliances...The Sears guy said my dish washer is a cheap one. Boy I got suckered! Now I am with out a dishwasher..Who knows when I will have the money for a new one and I think my cute hubby is allergic to doing dishes by hand. (OK, not really he just doesn't do them)

I went to the Target to get one of those things you use to help do dishes by hand..They don't even sell them.

Have I mentioned how much I hate doing dishes without a dishwasher!!
Now I need a new dishwasher and I want a new dryer and washing machine too.
I will never get any of them...I am doomed to dishes by hand and drying clothes three times in a row forever!

Ok, I feel better! I just needed to vent about my dumb appliances :-)

Aprils check list..

1~ Remember the boys are taking swimming lessons this month. Get them to the lessons.

2~ Plan Birthday parties for the little boys...One will be Speed Racer and the other one Indiana Jones or Star Wars

3~ Start Spring cleaning around house (Yeah right)

4~ Get 150-200 volunteers organized and trained for the Autism Walk May 2nd

5~ Get training packets done.

6~ Show up to my regular job.

7~ Make sure I don't leave my boogy anywhere do to lack of sleep.

8~ Make sure boys get homework done each night.

Try to remember why I do so much....Because I love my little people!!
